The company
Unilyze was founded by PhD Christian Waldstrøm and MSc Jens Martinus Pedersen. The purpose being to help companies take an X-ray of their organisation, and understand how employees and leaders collaborate and communicate.
Christian Waldstrøm, Partner
Christian holds an MSc and a PhD from Aarhus School of Business and has since 2000 worked extensively with networks in many different aspects both as a researcher and consultant. Today Christian is one of the leading Danish researchers in the field of networks and network analysis. He is associated professor at the Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University, and he has presented his research at numerous international conferences. In 2007 he received the Hede Nielsen’s Fond Prize for his work.
Christian is a vibrant and committed lecturer, and in 2006 he was awarded 'Teacher of the Year'. He has also written the book ‘Ledelse af netværk – Virksomhedens Skjulte Ressourcer (with Bent Engelbrecht) and ‘Corporate Networking – Strategisk Ledelse af Virksomhedens Netværk'(with Christian Stadil).
Jens Martinus Pedersen, Partner
Jens has an MSc in Economics from the University of Southern Denmark and has since 2001 worked with networks and network analysis. He was among the first in Denmark to work with network analysis as a tool to understand and transform organisations.
Jens is also affiliated to the University of Southern Denmark as an external Lecturer, where he teaches strategic organisational design.
Jacob Wagner Sørensen, Junior consultant
Jacob was hired in autumn 2009, and has strong analytical skills within particular stakeholder mapping and value network analysis. Jacob holds an MSc from the Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University.
Kortlægning af samarbejde i en offentlig oganisation med 73 medarbejdere, som gerne vl implementere en matrix-organisation. Første udfordring er at få medarbejderne til at opleve værdi af tværorgnisatorisk samarbejde. Casen viser del-resultater på et overordnet niveau.
